Night Sky Orientation (NSO) Seminar

Would you like to learn about the night time sky? Where to look? What to look for? Then you should attend one of our FREE night sky orientation seminars.

The NSO Seminars are NON-COMMERCIAL. They focus on teaching novices about how to create an observing plan using simple tools such as planispheres, charts and free internet resources. We also discuss a selection of seasonal celestial objects to view with the naked eye, binoculars, and smaller aperture telescopes from urban locations.

The NSO seminars are offered every other month starting in January but excluding July and December. The seminars begin at 7:00 PM and last about 90 minutes. They are held in the classroom at KW Telescope.
