 The Incredible QHY8 - A Breakthrough in the price barrier for high end CCD imaging! The QHY8 features a full 23.7 x 15.7 mm APS-sized CCD. The sensor is equipped with 2-stage thermoelectric cooling, enabling the camera to operate for long exposures at upto 40 degrees C below the ambient temperature. Dark frames are typically NOT needed, meaning you have more time collecting image data and less time tying up the camera to collect callibration frames.
