QHY12 - a 14.2 Megapixel APS Sized One-Shot-Colour Imager
The
QHY12 features a full 4610 x 3080 pixel APS-sized CCD with 5.12
micron square pixels. Cooling is regulated with a 2-stage thermoelectric
cooler enabling the camera to operate for long exposures at up
to 45 degrees C below the ambient temperature. Dark frames are
typically NOT needed, meaning you have more time collecting image
data and less time tying up the camera to collect callibration
frames.
The
Extreme High Resolution and Narrow Profile are Ideal for Hyperstar
systems and short focal length imaging systems.!
